Following a long career in education and educational technology, I now share my passions for teaching and troubleshooting by helping seniors.

I have over 37 years of education and technology experience, including nearly 10 years as a teacher and tech trainer in the Lake Washington School District, followed by a career in Educational Technology, the final 15 years managing advanced digital support for McGraw Hill Education. I am fluent in both Microsoft Windows and Apple products including Mac computers, iPhones and iPads. This extensive background in technology and education makes me uniquely qualified to be your technology consultant.

I will provide you with patient expert service and training on the technology in your home and advocate on your behalf with technology providers such as internet, cable, and phone services.

My Guarantee

Service on hardware is billed with a minimum of one hour and training is conducted in one-hour sessions to make learning more manageable. If you don’t feel that your problem has been solved or your questions adequately answered, and you inform me within five days of my work with you, I will refund all hourly fees directly related to the specific work in question.
