My Life’s Work Brought Me Here
In addition to my professional experience, I have been providing tech support for family members and friends for decades, gaining experience with new technologies, adaptive devices, and accessibility features as family members have aged. However, I have also watched as elderly family members were offered substandard technology service or were taken advantage of by unscrupulous businesses trying to sell something else. Recognizing that there is a growing population of people that may not have someone they can trust to help them with technology is what inspired me to start Elder Tech Services.
Although a tech-savvy grandchild may be able to fix an occasional issue, I believe seniors need someone to patiently listen and help them understand technology.
I am licensed, insured, and ‘background-checked’ by local Senior living facilities, so I am someone that can be trusted in your home with your technology.
